Ayesh is the Chairman and Founder of Emirates Investment Development Center since 2005, founder of Ayesh Albarguthi Auditing & Organize Accounts since 2014, co-founder of Gulf Capital in Spain. He worked as the Director General Finance & Administration in Ajman government responsible for budgeting & compliance process to all government departments and had worked on the Civil Service Law for Ajman Government along with other significant Achievements concerning the public spending policies, He won the Ajman Excellence Award for the Team of Excellence category and as a result of his distinguished performance, Ayesh was given the responsibility to setup Ajman Financial Audit Authority including structure, Scope, Functions, objectives, laws, policies, and perform Audit & Financial control fir Ajman Government & Semi Government Departments.

Ayesh is highly qualified & experienced professional with over 35 years of diversified exposure to many economic sectors including financial, Semi Government Federal & Local Government, in addition to Private business setups, with a focus on Financial Management, Audit & Controls. During his professional career he occupied several roles involved operational, Managerial, Financial and Executive Management. Ayesh is highly competent in Strategic Planning and financial management, he has a proven record in driving organizational change and launching initiatives in support of business objectives. In addition he is known to have Innovative and decisive approach with a solid reputation for finding timely solutions to complex problems. He has contributed in setting up several businesses and contributed in developing the business growth strategy and automation both in government and private sectors.

He is currently board member and board advisor for several organizations: Al Mutahida for Packaging Material Industries- Iraq, Pharma International-Jordan, AJ Investments-USA and holds board advisory to several others. Ayesh holds several postgraduate and undergraduate degrees from University of Arkansas, USA, and from Baker University, USA. He is professionally recognized as International Verifier from the Institute of Leadership and Management, and member in the Institute of Management Consultants , IQA Associated member in the Institute of Quality Assurance – UK, and as Alumni member in Ashbridge Business School and other Executive development bodies.
